Overview
JobVision annually hosts the largest HR-focused gathering in Iran. In 2023, we renamed the event to HRVision to enhance its brand identity and recognition. This required not only a name change but a complete visual identity that aligned with the mission of uniting HR professionals and promoting collaborative knowledge-sharing.
Event Goals:
Community Building: Bringing together HR leaders and professionals.
Networking & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitating meaningful discussions and resource exchanges.
Thought Leadership: Solidifying JobVision’s position as a leader in the HR domain.

The Problem
The previous events lacked a unified and impactful visual identity, reducing their memorability and potential influence. The event’s purpose needed stronger representation, focusing on individual contributions to HR practices and their collective impact on organizational growth.
The Goals
To create a visual identity that:
Symbolizes the role of HR professionals in fostering organizational growth.
Highlights collaboration, connections, and the collective impact of participants.
Creates a modern and memorable design language that reflects the professionalism of HRVision.

Understanding User Needs and Objectives

Working Towards A Solution
Foundation:
In 2023, the visual identity for HRVision 01 revolved around the concept of participants as “dots”—individuals with significant influence. The design symbolized these dots illuminating each other, representing the transformative power of collaboration.

Conceptualization:
For HRVision 02 in 2024, we evolved this idea by introducing interconnected lines between the dots, symbolizing networking and collaboration.
Community Collaboration:
Feedback from HR professionals shaped the identity, ensuring it resonated with the audience and reflected their roles in fostering organizational change.
